Welcome to your digital gallery, hosted by Luxe Moments by Schatten (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using this gallery, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Gallery Access
You will receive a private link to your gallery, which may be protected by a password. Do not share this link or password with others unless you intend to grant them access.
2. Image Rights and Usage
All images are the intellectual property of Luxe Moments by Schatten. We grant you the following rights:
Personal Use License: You may download, share, and print the images for personal use only (e.g. printing, sharing on personal social media with credit to @luxe_moments_by_schatten).
No Commercial Use: You may not sell, edit, alter, or use the images for commercial or promotional purposes without written permission.
No Filters or Edits: Do not apply filters or make any modifications to the images, including cropping out watermarks or logos.
3. Online Gallery Duration
Your gallery will remain online for 3 months from the date of delivery. Extensions may be requested with prior notice.
4. Downloads & Orders
If your package includes high-resolution downloads, you may download the images directly from the gallery.
5. Privacy & Security
We take privacy seriously. Galleries may be password-protected upon request. Please let us know if you'd like your gallery made private or public.
6. Social Media & Portfolio Use
With your consent, we may showcase selected images from your session on our website, social media, or marketing materials. If you prefer certain images to remain private, kindly notify us in writing.
7. Digital File Responsibility
Please back up your downloaded images. Once the gallery expires, we cannot guarantee archive access without an additional retrieval fee.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of your gallery after changes means you accept the new terms.
